The dominant feature of Prague 7 is one of the largest zoos in the Czech Republic, whose history dates back to 1931. It is involved in the rescue of many endangered animal species. One of the most famous is, for example, the preservation of the horse of Prevalski.

The areal is large enough and every year attempts to innovate the whole area. You can find a total of 10 pavilions that will amaze you with their atmosphere. In the lower part of the ZOO Prague there is a penguin pavilion, a gavial pavilion, a large mammal pavilion and a terrarium, the water world and monkey islands, a children zoo a gorilla pavilion, a large turtle pavilion and pavilion of cats. In the upper part of the ZOO, the most interesting is the Indonesian jungle pavilion, Africa close, behind the road the African House and Savannah, and in the western part the Obora observation tower.

For visitors, one of the greatest attractions is the Indonesian jungle pavilion, the largest and most expensive pavilion for animals in the history of the Czech ZOO.
